A brand new course for 2020, Restorative Yoga!
Many of you will be aware of my Restorative Yoga with Lavender Relaxation Workshop, what I am offering here is 5 Week Course dedicated to Restorative Yoga finishing with Meditation and Yoga Nidra. Treat yourself to these amazingly calming and soothing classes.

More about Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga brings balance to the central nervous system by allowing the body to be fully supported by props in each posture.
The addition of props encourages you to deeply relax and bring your body into balance. You go from a place of doing to non-doing and you will feel at ease so you can experience total relaxation.
We will be finishing with Meditation and Yoga Nidra.
