Terms & Conditions for Online Classes
These classes are for participants who have previously attended my classes and have filled out a health questionnaire.
I am offering these online sessions on the basis that our classes have given you the techniques to participate safely, and that you perform them using that knowledge and at your own risk. So, please do not make any invitations available to others. I may be able to accept new participants, but only on receipt of a Health Questionnaire and after screening by me.
It is required that you inform me of any changes in your health situation or your medication before participating. All this information will remain strictly confidential, and will be held by me in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018.
I will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you suffer as a result of my programmes.
Accepting an invitation to any class implies acceptance of these terms.
Please make sure that you create a safe work space. Select an area with good light and ventilation. Ensure that you have enough room to perform the exercises safely to the front, to the rear, to the side(s), and upwards. Do not stand under light fittings, and avoid areas where there are hard surfaces, sharp edges & corners, and any other potential hazards.
Keep hydrated and rest when appropriate. If at any point you feel unwell, stop immediately. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
Please select the appropriate level of exercise for your physical and technical ability, and adapt and modify exercises as necessary.
