Are you new to Yoga and want a gentle class, or do you struggle to sit or lie down on a mat?
Or maybe you have health problems that restrict your movement? Then my Chair Yoga class is for you.
Chair Yoga allows people with restricted mobility the freedom to carry on practising Yoga and have all the benefits Yoga has to offer in a class situation.
Yoga should be for everyone and we can focus on stretching using the support of the chair to help with improving our balance, circulation and range of movement which are all very important to maintain as we get older.
We will also concentrate on breathing and relaxation which are very important to reduce stress.
