If you are a new or returning customer, please complete a Health Questionnaire Form before you book.

You will need pillows/cushions, 2 blankets or towels, a belt (bathroom robe belt / gentlemans tie) & eye mask (sock)

When you’ve paid there will be a downloadable PDF file on your order confirmation email with the link to the class.
