Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy
Practising Yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being. Previous experience is not necessary.
If you are a new or returning customer, please complete a Pregnancy Health Questionnaire Form before you book.

Indoor 5-Week Antenatal Yoga Course starting on Saturday 5th June until 3rd July 2021

Limited places & government guidelines will be applied.
Please do not come if you are feeling unwell.
You will need a Yoga mat, blanket and cushion.
These Antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising Yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
