Please note: If you can’t start on the first week of the course, you can still start mid-course and BOOK ONLINE HERE for a single Antenatal Yoga class (only available for dates below). Cost is £12.50

Tuesday Mornings with Jackie
Current course has already started – dates still available are: 5th February and 26th February 2019
Please note: No Classes on 12th February and 19th February 2019
This class will then become a drop in after 26th February with only the following dates available: 5th March, 26th March, 23rd April, 30th April, 7th May and 21st May 2019.

Practising Yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being.
My antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
Friendly classes and a great way to meet other soon-to-be mums.
Previous experience is not necessary.
