Antenatal Yoga 5-Week Courses
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy
Practising Yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being.
My Antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising Yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
Friendly classes and a great way to meet other soon-to-be mums.
Previous experience is not necessary. All equipment is provided.
