Please note: If you can’t start on the first week of the course, you can still start mid course and BOOK ONLINE HERE for 5 weeks. Cost is £45.00
You can also BOOK ONLINE HERE for a single Antenatal Yoga class. Cost is £12.50

Practising yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being.
My antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
Friendly classes and a great way to meet other soon-to-be mums.
Previous experience is not necessary.
