Antenatal Yoga (Indoor and Online)
Suitable from 13 weeks of pregnancy
Practising Yoga during pregnancy can do much to improve and maintain health and well being.
We are now running Indoor ‘live’ monthly Antenatal Yoga Workshops starting on Saturday 3rd October 2020.
These workshops will also be ‘Zoomed’ online.

You can also book for my weekly Online Antenatal Yoga Classes here. These will be taking place every Thursday at 11am – midday starting on 10th September 2020 with Jackie.
These Antenatal classes consist of gentle toning and stretching with relaxation and breathing techniques to help you through pregnancy and childbirth.
Although I cannot guarantee a quick and easy delivery, practising Yoga will help you to accept whatever happens, allowing you to release tension and relax so labour can progress without resistance.
Friendly classes and a great way to meet other soon-to-be mums. Previous experience is not necessary. Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket and cushion with you.

Strict government guidelines will be applied:
Masks to be worn until you are on your mat and when leaving the hall.
Your details will be kept for Track and Trace from your booking form.
Temperature will be taken upon entering the hall and hands sanitised.
Please make sure that your mat has been thoroughly cleaned as you will have to bring your own equipment.
The floor is marked out 2 metres apart.
Please do not come if you are feeling unwell.
